We offer free Career and Life Coaches services to women in need. That includes a professionally written resume, LinkedIn profile, interview prep coaching, even clothes for your interview if needed.

Life coaches, in general, costs hundreds per hour. Professional career coaches even more. Since Changing Your Conversation only has certified coaches working directly with our clients, this personal commitment could cost thousands—all of this and more we provide to our clients at no cost.

So why do we do this for free? Because we believe her bank account should never dictate a woman’s future. Each of the women on our board knows the reality of the challenges women face. She longed for a coach, mentor, woman to walk with her for a season at some point in her life. One of the core beliefs of CYC is no woman should face a life change alone.
